Isn't this ant just the cutest?  I had lots of fun coloring and fussy cutting him.  It's a perfect summertime card that you can use for every day or an anniversary.  I just got the new Ranger mini domed ink blending foam from Simon Says Stamp.  They work fantastic for blending.

Gotta Have My Nip Jar

 

I'm really loving my Cricut and all the fun ideas that I create to go with it.  My cats were wild about this one.  They picked out the package right away containing catnip when it came in the house.  I literally had to hide it out of their reach and then filled the jars in the bathroom with the door locked.  I sprayed Lysol after filling them but they still knew it was in there by the expressions on both of their faces when I opened the door.  The jars are still intact and they haven't found the stash.  Yet.  I tried to have the Gotta Have My Nip as part of the design on the jar but the lettering was way too small.  Luckily I'm a crafter with lots of supplies.  I typed out the saying and ran it through the printer and then punched out the tags.  I added a red paw print.

This was a special request card for wine lovers celebrating their anniversary.  I'm a horrible wine drinker.  The cheaper and sweeter is my idea of a good sipping wine unless I'm using it for cooking.

This is the second set of bunnies from Colorado Craft Company's Lots Of Love set.  These are just as adorable bunnies as on my last card.  I did go for gray bunnies this time but I think I like the brown/beige ones a wee bit better.  But I do love this sentiment.

I'm excited to get started on Valentine's Day cards but the most excitement I had making these cards is coloring this sweet fox.  This stamp kit came with the more adorable critters - even a bunny and I chose to color my first fox.  I googled them and went from there.

This was such a fun and easy card to make.  The chick comes with so many different faces and sentiments that it was very hard to choose.  I couldn't use a mini wobble spring on the hula skirt cart but it worked perfectly for this chick.

XO XO card

I learned something new with this card - it's almost impossible to photograph glitter paper.  It definitely is cuter than what you can see.  I just watched Gossip Girl a few months ago.  I was bored and looking on Netflix for a series and thought I'd try it.  Once I started, I was hooked.  So when I saw this die, I knew I wanted to make XO XO cards.
