Class of 2023 Graduation card

 

This is a card I made for one of my best friends daughters who graduates today.  This is the first card I made using my Cricut.

One of my friends requested that I make some graduation cards for her daughter to give to her friends.  I used the maroon background since it's one of their school colors.

It's a combination rainy/snowy day here so it was a good time to make some graduation cards using a few stamps I found in my collection that I've never used.  I did modify the sentiment slightly but I'm happy with the outcome.

Celebrating You Bunny card

 

When isn't there a day that you can't celebrate someone?  This sweet bunny will help you do that.  You can use it for a birthday, graduation, new job...the possibilities are endless. I did just a quick watercolor on the background so there was only color behind the image.

Congratulations Graduate card

Every graduate should have Dr Suess sending them off in the world.  I just don't recommend a breakfast of green eggs and ham.  This was another fun set brought out of retirement from Taylored Expressions.

I made these cards at the same time since I was using the same embossing folder, die cut and stamp set.  I feel so bad for this years graduates that cannot have a ceremony that they worked so hard for.

My first thought when I saw this stamp card is what a perfect graduation card that would make.  Love this sweet bunny and his little flower.  `Penny Black has really been coming out with some of the cutest little stamps lately.

I love Adirondack chairs.  I own a couple that I bought off Amazon and they were easy to assemble.  Whew.  I saw this new set from Jenn Shurkus, I had to order it right away.  I matched it with a saying from Stampendous!

Mew Did It Graduation card

Newton's Nook Designs has done it again with an adorable new set just in time for graduation.  I love the little cap and diploma.  I colored in the space by his arm and diploma to match the background red stock instead of trying to fussy cut it out like I did with the rest of the image.
