Happy Halloween!  This is the card that I sent to my mother this year.  I have two scaredy cats in my house.  A little noise and one dives under the bed comforter and the other downstairs into the rafters.

Gnome Snowmen card

I love snowmen and gnomes so what is better than a gnome snowman?  Two gnome snow people!  This is the second stamp that I've gotten from Polka Doodles (ok used, I did buy a couple more).  Love their designs.  I've been meaning to use more blues in winter cards because I've loved seeing how people use it and how gorgeous their cards turn out.

Longing To See You card

Sometimes when you start coloring a card you have a favorite spot and a not so favorite.  I started off with the poinsettia (the plant itself, I waited a bit on the pot) and the last part was the curtains which I dreaded.  I ended up loving the curtains.  I just pulled out some never used Copics and went to work on them.  I wouldn't mind having them because they'd fit in perfectly with my colors in my home.  There are times at Christmas that when you look out the window, all you see is snow and you are not going anywhere.  I've celebrated Christmas early or a month late depending on the weather up here in the northern plains.

Divorce Humor card

Divorce is never easy but if there's humor, it helps because you know your friends love and support you.  I matched 2 sets of stamps from Ink Road Stamps to create this card and a little bit of irony using a Valentine paper as the background.

This polar bear sure looks warm and cozy in his sweater and scarf.  I colored the sweater to match one of my favorites that I wear from LL Bean.  Now I just need to crochet a scarf like his.  The sweet polar bear is from Impression Obsession.

I adore the Polka Doodles Christmas designs.  I just finished this card and have another in process.  Got to use a lot of different colors and I went with brighter colors.  I bought some Inkjet glitter stock to use for the snow base.
