Birthday Hugs card

This girl is just too cute!  Love this stamp from Whipper Snapper Designs.  I made this card for one of my very talented card making friends.  I had a misfortunate Copic marker blop so I ended up coloring the image twice.  Luckily I still had all my markers out on my craft table.
