Joy & Happiness card

I'm really enjoying doing backgrounds using Distress Inks.  I love the soft blends and finally found a way to use this adorable bunny die that I've had for over a year.  I had just gotten the Swan stamp set and it had the perfect saying to make this into a wedding card.

Birthdays Are Like Hairballs card

I no longer think of them as aging but as a countdown to retirement.  That's why I'm gathering all the crafting supplies now while I can afford them.  I've had this stamp set tucked away in my supplies for a long, long time and ran across it looking for my seed packet die the other day.  I love the little witty sayings that go with each of the designs and will be using this set again soon.

Happy Purr-thday card

Another adorable new birthday set from Newton's Nook Designs.  I just love that cat shaped balloon.  I tried out a new background die.  I ended up placing a piece of paper on top as I was running it through my Cuttlebug.  Yes, I still have a Cuttlebug and it's been working great for 2+ years.

Peony Birthday card

I made this card for my mom last week to celebrate her birthday.  I love peonies and both of us have plants in our yards so it seemed like the perfect flower to put on her card.  Plus I bought some clear round drops from Studio Katia and I've been wanting to use them on a special card.
