This is going to be my go-to card if I need a card for a wedding, an anniversary or just as a love card. These 2 little bears are just so adorable sharing the rope swing. I was so happy to remember that I had the background book with such a variety of different designs and picked the wood grain for my bottom sheet.

As a Minnesota girl (growing up), this new stamp set from Newton's Nook was a must for me. I spent many weekends out in a fishing boat and a couple in a canoe on a river in the heart of the state. I colored the canoe as what I remember my rental looking like. I used distress ink to color in the beach, lake and sky. I pulled down some of the sky as a reflection in the lake. I added Wink of Stella to the dragonfly wings to make it pop.

A nice refreshing drink in your hand and a quiet lake and trees in the background sounds heavenly rather than being in the heat of the city. I used a couple different stamp sets from Newton's Nook to create this card. I used 2 different colors of stamp pads for the background pines across the lake. I used a burlap for create texture for the sand.

My willpower lasted 10 seconds in resisting these cute little leopards. There's so many fun cards you can make with the stamps. I phoned a friend (texted) to have her help with which saying to use...she picked my favorite for the scene. I should send her a card but now she's seen this one. Next card. I layered 2 different grass sizes and colors to add some depth.

I think this little bunny stamp is just so sweet. I did not add any type inside or out to this card so it can be used for a baby shower or to celebrate the new little addition.
