I Spot A Great Friend card

My willpower lasted 10 seconds in resisting these cute little leopards.  There's so many fun cards you can make with the stamps.  I phoned a friend (texted) to have her help with which saying to use...she picked my favorite for the scene.  I should send her a card but now she's seen this one.  Next card.  I layered 2 different grass sizes and colors to add some depth.

Baby Bunny card

I think this little bunny stamp is just so sweet.  I did not add any type inside or out to this card so it can be used for a baby shower or to celebrate the new little addition.

Shake That Bug card

I hate being sick, as does everyone else.  This card is to brighten someone's day that has caught one of the evil flu bugs that goes around.  The little bugs make me laugh and what's better is I got this stamp free with an order at Whipper Snapper Designs.  I did have to buy the saying that goes with it.  I decided to go with green colors since that's how you feel with you get hit with the bug.

Welcome Baby Giraffe card

I'm still watching April and Tajiri on youtube so absolutely fell in love with this stamp set from My Favorite Things when it came out.  I decided to  make my giraffes colorful so I could use them as a baby card.  They did not have a baby saying with this set so I used one from Newton's Nook that I love.

This is the perfect card to send to someone that you want to catch up with.  I can think of a few that I do need to do that with as I'm sure most people can relate to.  I had the scooter kitten colored and cut out and ran into a hang up when it came to the road.  I actually sat on it for a month before I had the idea of using silver glitter stock.

Clematis have always been one of my favorite flowers even though I have a hard time growing them.  I remember them growing freely on my parents house when growing up.  I love this stamp set from a designer that is new to me but I will be looking for more of her designs ~ Catherine Scanlon Designs.

This new set from Honey Bee stamps is so adorable.  The head on facing bee is the one that stole my heart.  I did masking to make the scene with the flowers and bee.  I highlighted the bees wings with clear Wink of Stella to make them sparkle.

This is the perfect card for the scuba diver that you know.  Honestly the only bubbles being blown in my household are catnip ones for the kittens but I know lots of people that do go out and dive, locally in summer or much nicer and warmer places in winter.  I put some clear Wink of Stella in the bubbles to help make them pop.

I bought this stamp set because this little crab made me laugh. A lot.  What a perfect little creature to use for an apology.  Plus he's a very quick coloring.  I used 3 different reds to add shape to him.  Hmmmm, I notice I keep calling this crab a him.  :)
